Final owner-correction candidate

  • Reduced the public catalog to 23 owner-approved entries and removed private internal systems from public output.
  • Established Custom3D.Art as the active related founder-operated fabrication business and placed venue-vending planning beneath it.
  • Reordered the default portfolio by lifecycle, added a clear project-inquiry path, and kept product support separate.
  • Replaced the generated ninja approximation with a mark isolated directly from the approved printed business card; the original vector remains unavailable.
  • Regenerated catalog, feed, share, social, identity, and review evidence from this candidate.

Complete portfolio owner-review candidate

  • Expanded the curated catalog to shipped apps, near-release products, active work, concept labs, and related fabrication work.
  • Separated product lifecycle status from website availability so a reachable site is never presented as proof of launch.
  • Added explicit inclusion and exclusion controls, verified App Store links, and complete owner-review inventory documentation.
  • Repositioned MealBot Express around its four-world competitive arcade vision while retaining the University Campus playable foundation.
  • Removed automatic release-date and completion-percentage inference.

iPhone layout polish

  • Shortened the mobile hero and preview stack so the project controls appear sooner.
  • Tightened the filter/search/sort panel for narrow phone screens.
  • Simplified mobile project-card actions and footer metadata to prevent clipped labels.
  • Reworked project drawer headers and actions so app details wrap cleanly on iPhone.

Status, deploy metadata, and share-card automation

  • Added a public status.html page for deploy, workflow, RSS, and repo-index freshness.
  • Added deploy timestamp metadata through data/deploy-status.json and footer status text.
  • Added generated per-project share pages and Open Graph images for stronger project link previews.
  • Expanded repo-index metadata with license, default branch, open issues, and latest release.
  • Initially added progress-based projected releases; the July portfolio correction replaced these with explicit owner-reviewed statuses.
  • Added a dedicated App Store filter so launched store apps can be viewed directly.

Project discovery, gallery, and polish pass

  • Added repository-tree image scanning so screenshot folders in public project repos are discovered automatically.
  • Added category hash routes such as #category/ios-apps, #category/games, and #category/creative-custom3d.
  • Added a downloadable press/media-kit bundle and this public changelog page.
  • Added subtle neon pointer spotlights across cards, controls, buttons, and press surfaces.

Launch metadata, RSS, and audit automation

  • Added launch notes, version highlights, and Recently Launched filtering to the project drawer experience.
  • Generated feed.xml from discovered public project sites.
  • Added Lighthouse CI for accessibility, SEO, best practices, and performance checks.

Custom domain and brand launch prep

  • Connected the public hub to ninjatomapps.com through GitHub Pages.
  • Added the social preview image, icons, favicon pack, press page, and branded 404 page.
  • Updated footer and support links around support@ninjatomapps.com.
